「The location is incredible (it's a shame the area it's poorly maintained with littering everywhere and the homeless loitering nearby) the apartment is nice but it's in tremendous need of an upgrade. The entire place looks, feels and smells tired.」

「The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. 「This apartment is spacious, light and airy. The bedrooms are a good size. The terrace is nice. Information from host regarding check in was good. Read a few reviews regarding the upkeep of the property and it’s a shame nothing has been done. This property could be fantastic if some money was spent on it. The carpets have stains over them, cracks and watermarks on ceilings, sofa is tatty, iron and ironing board do not work. Mattresses do not have any protectors on them. Oven tray was dirty and...

「We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information. The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. We stayed one night and a reasonable price. There is a hotel with a restaurant open to the public about 2 blocks away. Great pizza and beer. 」
