Not only that but it was in the very back of the property almost in a separate unit called “villa memosa”. These looked completely different from all the rest o the units at the resort. It was my 40th bday and we complained. Fortunately the staff was receptive and showed us some of the 3 bedroom villas which were more like what we had seen when booking. "Excellent location, beautiful property, great for families."

"Loved the location and grounds, doing some work on property, some of cabanas and gazebos needed work. Great path to cliffs, and pathways great. Breakfast was great, lots of selection. Pools looked lovely. Part of facility ran out of water our 2nd night and part of next day, no coffee etc at breakfast or shower access. It did come back, but we were checking out. Loved the authentic feeling of it."

"My personal property was taken from the room. The management has been dismissive and dissatisfying. I do not feel safe to stay here again."
