Super accueil / tranquillité

Personnel très accueillant, chambre propre, grande. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais particulièrement agréable. J'avais lu des avis négatifs sur hotels.com mais je les trouve vraiment disproportionnés. Vraiment, nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

A great little B&B: simple style, local flavour

We loved it and will return. The location on a back lane is typical of a Fiesole and attractive, with great views over the Mugello hills. Nice breakfast, nice terrace. Good wifi. Excellent restaurants nearby. Owner/manager very pleasant. Be ready to carry your suitcase down the lane and up a flight of stairs.

B&B graziosa a due passi dal centro di Fiesole

La B&B è a due passi dal centro di Fiesole. E' molto graziosa e ben arredata. La camera con vista offre un panorama notevole. Non è adatta a persone con disabilità perché posta a metà di una scalinata e al suo interno presenta delle scale. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La colazione, disponibile anche sul terrazzo, è gustosa e abbondante.

Find another place

I had to make last minute arrangements to stay in the Florence area for a few days. I had liked Fiesole on a previous day trip and decided to stay there for the views, smal piaza, and proximity to the airport and the main sites in Florence. The room was not one of those displayed in the photos online. It was stuffy and reeked of cigarette smoke and mustiness. There were mosquitoes flying around and some other tiny flying insects. I had been in the Italian countryside for the previous three weeks and understand what a rustic setting is. This was not rustic. There was also an additional door behind a curtain that lead out to the street. It wasn't able to lock and the curtsin was the only security. I chose to find another hotel to say on and I am happy I did. You must follow due diligence if securing a room at this facility. It calls itself a B and B but the breakfast seems to be minimal and comes eith a five euro charge. Also, there is no parking connected to the facility. There is a metered lot fifty yards away or I was told if I went "down the hill" I would find lots of parking. This is just one experience on a given day, so anyone can slip up. Hopefully thst is all this was and they are better than they appeared that day.

Fabulous B&B

We had a great room with dual aspect and fantastic view over the valley. The gentleman running it was pleasure to talk to. The room was huge and beautifully decorated.
