"We have now been twice and it is a real treat to stay at the hotel. The attention to detail and the service minded staff makes you feel more than welcome. The spa, pool and gym areas are perfect not to mention the beautiful views. The breakfast is amazing and you always wish that you had more "space". The hotel restaurant reflects the hotel. "We drove here for over 2 hours from Nuremberg arriving at 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, we found the place completely dark with locked doors and a sign that said geschlossen (closed). We received no notification from them ahead of time that they were closed and we had already paid in full. This was my worst nightmare. Being in a small village without any other alternatives. We had to drive another 1 1/2 hours to find another place to stay. "
