Arrived on a Sunday to find keys in envelopes had been left on the reception desk and my room was in the building next door. The front door to the building would not unlock. I was later advised it was not functioning been due to the sun. After multiple tries, also with someone elses card, I resigned myself to a night on the floor in reception. Then i found someone staying at the hotel who eventually found a way in through a door in the car park at the back of the building. Fortunately there is a garage nearby so i was able to buy a drink and snacks. Monday night the restaurant was also closed for a "rest day". Back to the petrol station. Tuesday morning i asked reception to book a taxi for me and gave them the address written on a piece of paper. The taxi driver arrived on time but took me to the wrong site. He was adamant that was the address he had been given and showed it to me on his phone. Overall, nice room, clean but the facilities were woeful with no food served on either night of my stay, a broken door and the wrong address given to the taxi driver. I shall not be returning to this hotel. Extremely disappointing for the price.

Le personnel est très sympathique. C'est un bel hotel qui pourrait être magnifique cependant un rafraichissement est nécessaire surtout au niveau des chambres.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Rems. DIe Betten waren sehr bequem, der Teppich und die Gardinen könnten gepflegter sein, im Bad war der Seifenhalter ab und die Wandverkleidung in der Dusche gerissen, aber die begehbare Dusche war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und wir wurden jeden Morgen mit unserem Lieblingskaffee verwöhnt. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön und hat eine Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Bei der Größe und dem Ambiente wundert es uns nicht, das hier bereits einige Hochzeitsfeste gefeiert wurden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Localisation à l’entrée de Schorndorf ++. Parking de l’hôtel couvert au RdC ++. Chambre 1 pers et sdb >15m2 +. Très confortable et très propre ++. Équipements récents et insonorisés ++. Table écritoire, armoire, table à valise, coffre +. Un mini frigo, une bouilloire + thé…seraient bienvenus - -. Ascenseur non opérationnel (2 étages) - -. La majorité des chambres ont vue sur la rue - -. Terrasse restaurant sur rivière ++. Réception et bar fermés après 15h. Pas de bar et/ou groom service en soirée - -. Restaurant fermé dimanche et lundi - -. Petit déjeuner servi avant 9h - -.

Es war ganz Ok. Schimmel in der Dusche hätte nicht sein dürfen. Servicekraft beim Frühstück war sehr unfreundlich. Es mussten Kaffeetassen von anderen Tischen zusammengetragen werden, frische Eier waren nicht vorrätig.

Das Best war das Fruehstueck, in einem schonen anliegenden Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach und erinnern ein bisschen an Jugendherberge. Was aber wirklich extrem bizarr war, war das Check-Out. Die Besitzerin sagte ich sollte alle meine Kontakdaten in ein Formular eintragen: "Wenn mir dann spaeter auf der Weiterreise etwas passiert, kann sie der Polizei sagen, dass ich hier war." Was bitte soll denn so eine Aussage? Sehr verwirrend.

Das Hotel hat 2 separate Gebäude und ist an einer stark befahrenen Straße Einen alten und einen neuen Trakt. Wir waren im alten Trakt untergebracht. Das Zimmer war schön gross und schöner Ausblick. Super netter Empfang. Alles wurde perfekt erklärt. Das Hotel insgesamt und unser Zimmer haben einen sehr ordentlichen und gepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Alles war super sauber und sehr ordentlich. Auch das dazugehörige Restaurant haben wir zum Abendessen besucht. Hervorragende Service. Unsere Speisen waren super zubereitet und haben hervorragend geschmeckt. Preis Leistung war angemessen. Bei der Ankunft bekamen wir ein Zimmer zugewiesen. Als wir die Tür öffneten lagen gebrauchte Handtücher auf dem Boden und ein Bett sah ziemlich benutzt aus. Außerdem war für ein gebuchtes Doppelzimmer lediglich ein Bett bezogen. Bekamen dann ein bereits fertiges Zimmer. Das Bad sowie die Zimmer wirken in die Jahre gekommen ( z.B. waren die Fugen vergilbt und nicht mehr schon anzusehen).

Ab ins Himmelreich

Wir waren Familie besuchen , kennen somit die Gegend. Der eine mag es der andere nicht . Ist Geschmackssache. Für jemanden der das erste Mal in Schorndorf ist , liegt es recht gut . Das Hotel selbst liegt echt gut . Wir hatten das Zimmer 331 mit Blick ins Grüne. Herrlich !! Zum Zimmer war gut . Ist auch wieder Geschmackssache. Wir zb. mögenTeppich im Hotelzimmer gar nicht. Das Bett war super gut !! Wir hatten selten so ein Glück mit dem Bett . Alles sauber . Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer , für uns ein Muss. Genauso wie Klimaanlage. Ansonsten alles Top. Die Lage . Das Frühstück war super . Ein tolles Ambiente . Die Dame an der Rezeption war super freundlich. Egal wann man ihr begegnet ist . Auch die Mädels beim Frühstück einfach toll . So aufmerksam und freundlich. Unser Fazit : Wir hatten schon ein paar Hotels im Ort u drumherum ( und gute dabei ) aber wir haben mit diesem Hotel das für uns am besten geeignete gefunden . Himmelreich eben ;)

L'hotel è carino. Un tre stelle superiore direi. Il phon in camera era rotto ed essendo la reception presidiata solo di mattina non ho potuto chiederne uno funzionante in sostituzione. il ristorante doveva chiudere ore 21.30 ma alle 20.30, nonostante avessi avvisato del mio tardo arrivo, già non volevano darmi pasti caldi. Per fortuna con un pochino di insistenza ho ricevuto un piatto caldo. Nel complesso comunque una buona struttura
