We're Americans and just aren't used to sliced varieties of meats and cheeses with breads for breakfast. We're pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. kinda folks. Parking is very limited and what there is is very tight.

Very good hotel, great base to use in the area. I was lucky and got a parking space on site but be aware if you need to park that there is paid parking nearby.

Zimmer sehr sauber. Leider keine Nachtleuchte (wurden anscheinend demontiert, da Löcher und Schalter vorhanden waren). Zimmer war Recht klein und mit gewöhnungsbedürftigem Grundriss (Bett frei im Raum, hinter dem Spiegel ging es ins Bad), wobei man die Tür auch nicht ganz öffnen konnte wegen Anstoßgefahr ans Bett). Für eine Nacht okay

Auf unserer Buchungsbestätigung war das gluteinfreie Frühstück vermerkt, beim Einchecken musste ich daran erinnern und bekam den Hinweis, daß damit allein gluteinfreies Brot gemeint war. Ueberhaupt war beim Einchecken keinerlei Herzlichkeit zu erfahren. Wir kamen uns als Störende vor. Der Service beim Frühstück war ebenfalls ohne Herzlichkeit. Das Tempo, mit dem Teller abgeräumt wurden, weckte die Befürchtung, dass die Teller knapp werden. Die Aussicht im Zimmer auf die Altstadt erzählte umso mehr von der Schwäbisch Haller Gastfreundschaft.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt

Fußläufig zur Innenstadt, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Nettes, freundliches Personal. Zimmer sauber. Sogar Fliegengitter vor dem Fenster, somit keine Mücken im Zimmer.
