"Outside entrance. No visible signs with hotel name. Looks like an old rundown apartment building. Rooms all have dirty windows with failed glass. We had to be moved to a different room because we couldn’t see outside. The room cleanliness was subpar. The breakfast was awful. That all being said, the desk clerk girl was very nice and tried to help where she could. The only reason this hotel is in business is the location/view. It’s lovely!"

"Everything was very clean. Breakfast was okay. Beds were very comfortable and pool was nice. "

"Pool was overcrowded, but to be expected-it was spring break. Everything was nice, except the carpet in our room was so dirty. I walked on the floor the first night in white socks, which turned black on the bottom. My granddaughters forgot to wear their shoes in the room and the bottom of their feet turned black. The wash cloths were disgustingly black after they washed their feet. Maybe the carpets should be removed and tile put down."

"I was not allowed to check in until 4 PM and by then I had to call out of work because they were not prepared and I kept going and repeatedly asking, and they were not ready. And then for my room to have dirty hand fence all over the door jam. And nasty moldy, green and black scum in the shower, and the sliding glass door would not shut all the way if you wanted to walk it and had to stay slightly cracked and was held together with duct tape. The pool was closed. So in Florida you can’t even swim in the pool because it’s closed. Thanks a lot for ruining stay. "

"Gentleman that checked me in was kind, everyone else seemed annoyed and literally ignored me for quite some time while playing on their phones whenever I would approach to buy a snack or with a question. My room key gave me issues one night and the next entirely stopped working, both times being when I got back from work at 2-3 am. The deadbolt didn’t work, it only turned enough to hold on to the piece of metal nailed to the frame and the door doesn’t latch unless you push in on the door. The bathroom door doesn’t latch at all and the hinges push it back open. There was someone’s old used soap in the shower and a damp towel hung over the side of the tub. The bed is extremely creaky, being barefoot wasn’t an option due to the sand on the floor but hey it’s Pensacola so I shrugged that off. When I found time to consider the pool, there were like 4 chairs out there and none of them to lay down in to tan so I didn’t even use the pool area."
