We reported it at reception and they basically told us it was a feature of the hotel and we had to put up with it. Basic room, limited cooking utensils. Although bed comfortable we wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay here again"

"Perfect location. Right outside the boarder of France and Switzerland. 30 second walk to the trams which takes you into Geneva Lake town in 10 minutes or smaller town a few stops away. Tram on the opposite side also takes you into France. Restaurants all around within 30 seconds or few mins walk. Property has a fridge and cooking equipment if you want a cheaper night in. Pharmacy nearby, mini grocery store. Safe to walk at night (I got home after 9pm and travelled alone). Lift access and clean...

What bothered us is not getting any response from the property prior to our arrival, considering that there was nobody to greet us upon our arrival at 3pm. Ackwardly, we received an email greeting us the day after our departure. There must have been a communications break down between the property and the reservation site.
