「The room was small and dungeon like at the very peak f the building. It required a climb of the equivalent of five stories to get to it. The floor was not clean. There was no hot water even after running the tap for five minutes. The room was hot no A/C which was understandable, but no operational windows nor fan.」

「The Radison Blu was a very upscale hotel sitting right on the River Shannon in Atlone. A short walk across bridge to Castle & old town. The room was quiet, clean & well appointed . We appreciated them being able to allow us early check in. The Double overlooking the River was quite large & the bathroom very updated. 「I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues 」
