Such an amazing experience, the staff were so kind and organized horse back riding for us in a days notice. They helped make our experience so special in Ireland. Beautiful view of the horses out front from our room. So lovely!
Really lovely but needs to increase spirit selection in bar. Beautiful food. Lovely staff.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Lovely Gothic castle with some nicely renovated parts but quite shabby and makeshift. Rubbish strewn around the building- it seems to be no one‘s job to pick it up and keep the place tidy. My bedroom was makeshift, to say the , looking like a DIY job. Staff were all very nice and breakfast was good. It would take millions to put the place right
The tv reception was almost non existent , I would start watching a show and next thing the picture would break up .Otherwise we had a pleasant stay. The bed was awesome

The grounds were beautiful, the food was pretty good and the people were super friendly but the rooms really needed some upgrading they were run down the faucets were loose the heat was constantly on with no AC! The room had a weird smell. Not one of our better hotels that we stayed at in Ireland and without upgrading I probably wouldn't again.
This was by far our favorite stay while we were in Ireland. The staff was absolutely the best!! Vicki and Connor were so kind and accommodating. We had such a lovely time and wanted to really stay longer. I wanted to stay at a authentic castle and that's the way it felt. It was a dream come true for me and my husband. We will be back.
Wow, beautiful hotel castle. Stayed only one night, checked out the walking trails - they were so nice! Staff were excellent , so warm and welcoming. Its a must stay when visiting Ireland.
Service was fantastic! Everyone was very inviting and friendly. We stayed at the castle Dec 30th. Vivian at the front desk was great, she took our families on a ghost tour throughout the castle. The bartender, wait staff and overnight porter were great as well!
