It was simple to check-in but it was very noisy in teh foyer and it was difficult to hear reception as they told me about the hotel. Shopping at one of the local plazas/malls is about a 7 minute walk from the hotel. I stumbled upon it. You can take the 3 minute walk to the rail station and go to London which is about 35 minute ride. Bus drops off almost right in front of hotel.
This hotel is actually on the perimeter road of Heathrow, and a good place to stay in preparation to fly
I found Feltham poorly located in the sense that it was far from Wimbledon and far from Piccadilly Circus. On the map it looked closer to the airport, but the construction and need to ride buses made it also further from Heathrow than I would have.
Very convenient & friendly.
