The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
The tv in the room didn’t work. One of the lamps was broken. To use the cold tap you turned it on then had to turn it off again to make it work. There was marks all over the bedroom walls and on the windowsill. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and the first time we have been ...

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Great location. Everything is pretty much electronic (check-in/check-out) so you really never speak to staff. The tea/coffee in the room leaves much to be desired. Otherwise is was a clean and nice hotel in a good location.

Vertus Edit Canary Wharf
What a lovely property with extremely friendly front staff. Easily accessable via Elizabeth or Jubilee line, quiet and dog friendly wirh a lovely park behind the building. Wonderful staff at check-in and throughout. Would highly recommend. Quiet at night, really worth it. Will be back.

Rockwell East
Took two days/requests to get a bath towel (none in the room upon arrival) and the top floor room's shower didn't work or weakly-m/intermittently due to lack of water pressure. Made mornings extra long and uncomfortable.
