"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, the courtyard was lovely with stunning views, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk went above and beyond to help me find a great massage place, even calling them herself. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay for an additional night."

"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "The location of the flat is absolutely perfect nearby so many restaurants options , shopping , walking distance from the Villach HBF station. The apartment is in a very good condition, kind of new , kitchen appliances are available, no washing machine though and no AC and it can be very hot. I recommend adding a long mirror and doors stops as doors keep shutting off . One downside is there is a Mexican restaurant in the ground floor and it can be noisy."

"This place is a bit of a drive but worth it. We booked it a few hours before 19:00 The check in said the front desk would be there until 19:00. We hurried making it there at 18:55. I even texted the number provided on the listing to tell them we may be a bit late. We arrived to find no one at the reception desk. We tried calling the number provided the phone rang in the desk. Finally a lovely lady who was working in the kitchen came to our aid. Out of the Goodness of her heart helped us out and called the manager, she also got us keys and showed us to our room. We were very grateful to her and her hospitality. There was still no reception staff in the morning for check out. "

The staff were very helpful with a change of rooms and finding us secure parking on site. The location was perfect as we were one step from the Fasching. We will definitely be back! "
