「The room was not clean upon arrival, and the sheets appeared dirty. When I requested clean sheets from the staff, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Housekeeping services were not provided daily as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Additionally, after expressing concerns about these issues, I was told to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing.」

「Do not book here. We originally booked our stay for 2 nights, but checked out after one night due to the poor quality of the room. We went out a bought insect spray just to be able to endure the night. We barely got any sleep, and my husband stayed up majority of the night watching for more roaches (we’d already killed 6) . If it weren’t for the late hour, we would’ve left then, but stayed just to check out the next day. The room was in terrible condition, including its foul odor. The furniture...
