Waited 25 minutes at the front desk to be checked in. No one showed up. Went in to check with the bartender and she checked me in. Left to do a couple things (three times) and then came back. Our cards that we were given to us weren't working, had to go back around to the front desk to get them working. ...

Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites
The pool was great. Breakfast was just ok. The staff was on their phone at the front desk and didn’t speak to us until we spoke first. It snowed several inches and the hotel didn’t remove the snow from the sidewalks until late that evening. It iced and we had to ask them to put salt out.
