「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

Expedia needs to update this inn listing to specify that it is a pet friendly inn, so those of us avoiding dogs can look elsewhere. Other items: - Sink disposal was broken and smelled horribly. - Bathroom shower was enclosed by immovable glass door covering only one-half of the opening. 「It took over 2 hrs for our room to be ready but the staff did upgrade us and that was nice. One of the elevators was broken and that also provided some inconvenience. However, it’s a great spot and the upgraded room was nice. Roof deck bar is nice」

「Stay was fine-nothing special. Extremely small bathroom, slippery tub floor, disgusting old rug. Had to pay $40 for a resort fee and they don’t even offer free coffee in the morning. On top of that they make you pay yet an additional $45 just to park your car for one stupid night-not even 24hrs. Ridiculous. We were not impressed. Also expedia charged us $339 for the room and 2 days later it was $70 less…but of course no one would honor the lower price.」

「This hotel was nice. It seemed to be newer and was what I would expect for the price. The property was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. The onky co.plaint we had was due to someone in the floor above us making a huge racket at 5am. I don't know what was going on, but there was a lot of door slamming, stomping and what sounded like furniture moving. It was very strange. It lasted for about 10 minutes and then stopped. Also, the ice machine was located on the floor above ours...

「This hotel is a bargain in an overpriced town. Dining is mediocre at best in Frisco. Good things there’s a Whole Foods 5 minutes away. Hotel cleaning staff did a great job everyday!」
