"The bad part about my stay was that the stairs are on the outside of the building. It was pouring down rain when I arrived. The man in the kiosk at the front desk told me my room was on the 2nd floor but told me the wrong building. So after dragging my bag upstairs in the rain, I had to turn around and go back downstairs in the rain walk to the next building outside in the rain and upstairs to the 2nd floor again. I was drenched and exhausted."

"Everything was fabulous! I was there for the Miss Pure Sparkle International Pageant and the Hilton Staff were just TOP TIER! The breakfast and dinner were fabulous, housekeepers activated and tried their very best to get things done quickly and for that you can’t ask anything better! The manager at the front (forgot his name but it was a white man, tall & had black rimmed glasses) OVER THE TOP SERVICE! Any questions or concerns I had he took care of it right then, NO WAITING! If you’re going to Columbia THIS is the hotel to book! PHENOMENAL JOB WELL DONE! When you book tell the MISS SPARKLE UNIVERSE 2026 talked you into it!💖😉"

"One of the cleanest hotels I have been too. $12 parking per night is a great rate especially compared to surrounding areas. The bathroom and floors were super clean and well maintained. Comfy beds, reasonable rates. We loved the pool table, bar & grill food and the breakfast was yummy. Waffle station, pancakes, breakfast tacos, muffins, grits, protein, eggs, etc…front desks offers card games and board games as well. Only a few blocks from USC basketball camp and next to a McDonald’s. The only thing missing was a POOL!"
