"Very clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Chair very comfortable. Good lighting. I gave a 4 on property condition only because the carpet needs repair in one spot, just needs replacing. Everything else was great. Probably my favorite hotel that we’ve stayed in lately. I rate it 4.9 stars 😁"

"We had a great stay at the Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plaza. The location is fantastic—right near the Plaza area, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. It’s a great spot whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and offering helpful suggestions about the area. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous, which really enhanced the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated the modern touches and the attention to detail in the room setup—it made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. "I loved the vibe of the hotel, they offer gated parking for $15 extra a day which was nice! The room was fantastic, the only thing I have any sort of issue was that the bed wasn’t comfortable for me or my wife, but I’m assuming that’s because we’ve got back problems. I LOVED the water fall shower. "
