「The room was clean, modern and the electronic blackout shutters were appreciated. Check in and issue of electronic room keys was straightforward. The bistro downstairs was friendly and lively. It would be useful for the hotel to provide instructions on the lighting as the system was not very intuitive. The safe did not work - a small inconvenience. 」

「The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the train station. Surprisingly quiet with my window directly facing the train tracks. It was very clean, quiet and well kept. Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. Make sure to use the Ticino discount Ticket at almost any attraction, and all public transit in the Canton.
