Check in was a challenge. The self service check in which I assume to be automated did not work. It was only through the help of onsite housekeeping staff that i was able to get help and check in. Room was great and stocked well.

I absolutely loved everything about this place! Although there is no staff physically on site, communication through the app was excellent. The staff was very responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions that made everything incredibly easy, from check-in to the entire stay. The room was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. The appliances were modern and top-notch, including a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and stove. It truly felt like everything had been thoughtfully provided for a comfortable stay. My favorite part was how peaceful and quiet it was. The air conditioning was wonderful and kept the room perfectly comfortable, allowing me to sleep so peacefully and restfully. This has honestly been one of the best places I’ve stayed so far. I wish there were more hotels like this everywhere around the world. Clean, quiet, comfortable, modern, and incredibly convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Highly recommendable!!

The hotel is without a reception and receptionists, but don’t be alarmed it is very innovative and easy to use. I have seen a lot of hotels and the state of this hotel is mindblowing. I will for sure return for my next trip here and most likely stay another day than planned. My family was also blown away! Highly recommendable.

Online check-in didn't work, as usual with online check-in's. Required several manual phone calls and nobody showed up. This will become a industry disaster. Happened at every recent online only hotel.
