"We had a wonderful five-day stay at this property. Excellent lakefront location close to town center, train station, Lido, and more. Large, clean rooms, underground parking/bike storage, on-site laundry, pool, delicious breakfast, and a very friendly and helpful staff. Andrea at the front desk is delightful. "Lovely lake-facing room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower with lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the convent and funicular. The walk back up from town could be a bit challenging for older or unfit people, but we enjoyed it."

"This hotel was the highlight of our trip. Hotels.com offered breakfast with the stay but then we were charged. That was unfortunate. But the property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. The spa and massage therapists were 5 star. I would only go back to Switzerland to stay at the chedi. "
