「We love the location of this hotel, it’s a short walk to the beach or into the main square. The hotel is not over crowded and has a separate children’s pool that is lovely and quiet too. It is the 2nd time we have stayed and again we were not disappointed. 」

「Tolles Hotel mit sehr bemühtem und freundlichen Personal! Sehr gute Massagen. Einziges Minus war die "Größe" des Zimmers. Wir hatten die günstigste Kategorie, nur war das Zimmer so klein, dass wir nicht mal kleine Koffer ausräumen oder verstauen konnten. Der "Schrank" war "mini"...sonst auch keinerlei Ablagen, auch beim Waschbecken nicht. Vielleicht hatten wir auch das "kleinste" Zimmer, 214...Dafür aber der Balkon sehr schön. 」

「Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*,...

「My friend and I enjoyed a great stay at Menta. The room was clean with a good layout. Seamless check in process, and easily found parking close by. George was absolutely wonderful. Amazing food recommendations and he was so kind in all our interactions. Will definitely be visiting again!」

Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. 「Fabulous small hotel in the heart of Chania Old Town. 5 minutes from the port, restaurants and shops. The owner was very welcoming and let us check in early. My friend and I stayed for one night. There were 2 double bedrooms very tastefully decorated. Tea and a coffee pod machine were very welcoming as was the water in the fridge. I don’t sleep very well, the bed was so comfortable I had a great nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking it on my next stay in...

「Super 3-Sterne Hotel, besser als einige 4-Sterne Hotels in denen ich schon war. Die Zimmer sind topmodern (smart-room) und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch abwechslungsreich. Die Poolbar ist ebenfalls super, hin und wieder bekommt man einen Raki oder ähnliches von den Barkeepern ausgegeben :). Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
