Staff were immediately responsive when messaging in the app with questions on arrival. The room was gorgeous and clean. Location is perfect. Old Chania is literally at your door. Also, this property is very romantic. This room had a small balcony that overlooks the lane below, but there is also a beautiful larger patio open to guests across the hall. Great for a bottle of wine or a smoke. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again, or recommend this room to others. One of the two Nespresso machines had some issue, which I didn’t care about because we had two, but had to deduct from a perfect score just to be diligent for others searching for rooms.

Everything was perfect and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. We felt incredibly spoiled to be staying in such an immaculate and beautiful space. The Basilica House is stunning down to every last detail. The location is amazing. Chania is so beautiful. You will be in the middle of countless amazing restaurants and cafes and shops. The bed is super comfy. We loved our stay.

This was a great property right in old town where it was easy to walk around right there in the middle of everything. It was clean and beautiful. We loved our stay and would stay again!

Was not a hotel, but a room. Worked out nice for me, but need more space if my spouse comes next time. Was in close to the Old Port and great proximity to shopping and restaurants, but in a quiet alcove. Great location!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, wirkt wahnsinnig neu, ist sehr sauber, eine im Preis inbegriffene Klimaanlage, die Betten sehr sehr bequem und trotzdem es direkt in der Stadt (direkt davor ist eine kleine Taverne) liegt ist es nachts sehr ruhig und angenehm zum schlafen. Es gibt einen kleinen, allgemeinen Balkon, auch zum Sachen aufhängen, was sich als sehr praktisch gestaltet.
