"Breathtaking place! The staff ( Gorge and John )were incredibly supportive and kind, and the location is perfect , close to everything in the area. I only wish I had the chance to book a room with a hot tub. The breakfast and cleanliness were amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back ❤️"

"The hotel is situated on the southern end of Fira. An easy 5 minute walk to the Alantis Hotel which is at the heart of Fira and a great spot for pics. It is importantly just an easy 10 minute walk from the Fira bus stop with suitcases. We used the public bus to and from the airport saving us a small fortune as the taxis are expensive on the isle. I used the pool and its 3 strokes per arm end to end. Breakfast represents great value for your expenditure. Its humble surrounds are blown away by the view of the Caldera. Staff were lovely. The chief reception lady was very cool and made me laugh inwardly each day with her vibe. I broke a cup at breakfast and it was dealt with efficiently as if nothing happened. Good value with great views and ideal for those using the bus. "

As I mentioned in the feedback to the hotel staff the area outside of the rooms can get really slippery during rain or high moisture conditions and the hotel should do something about it like ex:- anti-skid coating or other options available. The gym needs to be fully setup and completed "
