「The staff was excellent. Nikki at the front desk was helpful and polite. So was all the front desk staff. It was clean and organized. I do wish that you would upgrade the toilet paper. 」

「It was clean, well-maintained and the staff were helpful, courteous and nice. The only downside was the noise from the nearby freeway. But since the decision was made to build the hotel right next to a major interstate highway, there's not a lot to be done about that now. 」
