The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful with a wide selection to choose from although somewhat pricey. Hotel is located right in the centre of Hereford close to all shops, pubs and cathedral.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant very good. Excellent value for money. It's being refurbished and this does need to continue, as some parts are a bit 'tired', though still very clean. The breakfast was lovely. There’s no air-conditioning so you’ll have to crack the window. There’s some stairs, so just be aware that you need to carry your luggage up some stairs. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
