「This hotel is conveniently located near downtown Port Orchard and the room was clean, but we were disappointed that there wasn’t a crib available.」

「Comfortable, clean and convenient. Off season pricing and fireplace were a plus. Only concern was there was only one chair in the room for two people with a king bed and no table for working on lap top etc.」

「1.住三晚卻從來沒有來整理房間 2.一開始房間有霉味，後來有要求換房間，換成2大床不加價，還不錯 3.咖啡供應不足，常常需要反映 4.位於交流道旁，旁邊有加油站，DQ餐廳，對面有超市，滿方便的 」

「Staff was friendly, room was really small and layed out weird, but we had beautiful water view... Which easa bonus. It was really cold everywhere...pool, lobby, etc. and the hot tub kinda smelled like dog. It was ok and ok for what we paid. 」

「They had listed breakfast provided - it was not! the front desk person on in the late afternoon is surly and barely civil - clearly wants to do as little as possible Overall, a bit over priced for barely adequate 」

「Even the budget room was great. Keurig coffee, spotless, and cozy. Older decor but still in great shape. Easy on and off the highway yet quiet. Close to downtown Poulsbo, Safeway. We live out on the peninsula so we have to go to Silverdale for shopping and this is our spot to stay. 」

「We stayed for only one night, the location is wonderful, the staff was amazing and there were a lot of food options and shops in the area. 」

「No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. I didn’t want to give a bad review but I have emailed and messaged the hotel since then and only get automated responses. It was a disappointment because we like going...

「NO amenities,no in house phone so no wake up calls. One cup Keurig with two pods. Chairs torn leather. Wi Dow had small board in front of the window airconditioner that allows the wind the outside weather to come in the room. Only access to snacks is in the office. Noisey. On a main road and one window looked out at a cement building approximately 12 feet away」
