「Spacious room, clean, rooms been modernised. Hallways could do with some renovations」

「Well situated property. Helpful staff. Clean and tidy room.」

「The rooms were worn out and needed an upgrade, lots of marks on the walls and ripped sheets on the beds. Not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel. Will not be staying there again.」

「Soon as we get to our room the hallway and the room had a very bad weed odor, we reported to the receptionist straight away.. peoples were slamming the doors all night , room was dirty , and the bathroom was disgusting hairs around the sink , on the walls around the shower … this hotel is just awful」

「Rooms were great. Surprised to see SMEG appliances and high quality toiletries. A shame that a skeleton staff meant waits to check in and out.」

「Stayed many times so won't repeat except to say the food is always exceptional and the staff are super friendly/helpful. The Sauna and Jacuzzi were broken on this visit, which was a shame as I was only there one night. Improvements: The Front Door to the Hotel is SO heavy, could an automatic Power Door not be fitted? The Parking - Although Third Party needs sorting. The tarmac at the entrance as you turn of the main road is and in the Car Park itself has massive craters in it that will...

「I booked a two-single-beds room and brought my small dog with me. There was plenty of parking available, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was not modern in design, but it was tidy and clean. Both air conditioning and a radiator were installed. There was no bathtub, only a shower, but the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The bed was a little too soft and did not provide enough support for me. All the staff were helpful, nice, and friendly. Dogs were not allowed in...

「A lovely hotel, well presented, a great variety of breakfasts available. We had to ask again for tea and for toast. The room was very nice and clean with all amenities.」

「Room 207 beautiful view of the fountains. Really comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. Fridge in the room ready to fill with your own drinks. Valet parking. Excellent staff so welcoming. The bar in the hotel is well worth a visit. Beautifully decorated, relaxing and drinks choice including cocktails. Location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We chose the room only option but would recommend bed breakfast and evening meal. We had a lovely stay.」

「Great hotel. Great staff. Great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice, hot and tasty. The pool area was a bonus. We ate in the restaurant. Food was good. Good atmosphere. Overall a great couple of days away.」
