「Great location, staff helpful and food delicious. Would happily stay again.」

「The staff were great to deal with and able to extend our stay the day before we arrived. The location was good with easy access and safe parking The room was spacious with a comfortable clean bed and large fridge freezer. The bathroom was also spacious with a roomy shower with abundant hot water and pressure. The fittings in the bathroom were shonky with the roll holder falling off along with a towel rail, these could be easily fixed. We would stay again.」

「The location of the hotel is convenience.」

「Hotel close to the landmark of Ballarat: Sovereign Hill. Room facilities are modern & car park is sufficient.」

「100% Value for Money. Superior service apartment with excellent bed and kitchen. Even we back to hotel at 8:30pm, we may get the door key through a keypad system. Nearby with an excellent Spanish restaurant (Meigas) and we have the most wonderful night for our trip. Really sad we only stay for one night and definitely we would come back for more nights afterwards. 」
