Great weekend accommodation

An overall comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room was small but well appointed and very clean. Bed and pillows great, slept well. This is a functioning hotel with live music and functions; there are noise reducing glass doors to separate the hotel rooms but you’ll still be aware of some noise. Check in was quick and easy. Very close to Ballarat railway station and restaurant strips.

Small hotel. 17 rooms. Very quiet. Room was clean. Great heritage building. There was an issue with a leaking roof in the hallway and as a result we had to walk thru a moldy area to get to our room which was unpleasant but once we got to our room the smell was gone. Proximity to shops, restaurants and entertainment was great!

The staff were lovely and accommodating and the room was very pretty, however, the music from the night club over the road and the people leaving were unbelievably loud until 3:30am, then the drunk people coming into the hotel were knocking on our window then door. Almost no sleep, if I’d known this would happen I would not have booked here.
