The customer service truly stood out—everyone I encountered was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. "Room clean. Bed - horrible!! And yet - I had the best sleep I’ve had in YEARS!! No lie!! Staff - nonverbal and EFFICIENT Air conditioning took ALL NIGHT TO COOL and I never touched it, but I got up about 5-6am and threw on some leggings and a sweater and went straight back to sleep!! Parking - I did not park a car here NOR would I feel safe to do so. As a pedestrian, I exited the office and was more than halfway to my uber parked across and an INSANE PERSON nearly hit (and would have injured or possibly even killed me yay) me."
