「We love the atmosphere at Hotel Zaza! Beautiful room, love our balcony overlooking the pool, best valet staff in Dallas, great bar area, good food at their restaurants. Everything is perfect at Hotel Zaza! We have stayed there at least 5 times and we will be back!」

「Our stay was perfect! The location was spot on for UTA orientation. We were able to walk to everything including restaurants!」

「The staff is wonderful. Very attentive to any needs and very quick to respond. I was communicating about schedules and check out times while we were in Dallas for my wife’s survey. That night they came to my door with a bouquet of flowers and some fruits, nuts and cheese for us. What great customer service. We were minutes away from UT Southwest. Very convenient to the medical district. I would recommend this place to everyone. 」

「A true hidden gem in the heart of lower Greenville! I was worried about finding parking and the parking attendant on duty was literally one of the kindest and most helpful Valet Stewards I've ever encountered. So happy to have found this place! Will be back. 」

「Couldn’t complete stay. The apartment reeked of marijuana and was gross. Not taken care of and not as depicted on your website. Lack of communication from owner of property. Refused to take my calls after I made them aware of the situation and that we were leaving property. Very disappointed in hotels.com for the way they handled the situation and I bough the travelers insurance and no one will refund me my money. 」
