Room was clean. Loved the balcony even though I got a corner room so it was smaller. The floor seems a little off in places. And there was lots of noise from the room above me. Breakfast was great. Nice location. Pizza place next door was 5/5!

Went for a concert in Eugene at Matthew Night Arena, hotel is conveniently located across the street. Satisfied what we got for nightly price. Our room was clean, But definitely needs an update. Bring your own pillow unless you are ok with a small square type. Don’t count on the room pics on line ...

Checked in to our room and went to take a shower and there was NO hot water. Called the front desk and they said that they would have maintenance come check it out. Got back from our concert around 10:30pm and still NO hot water. Called the front desk again and they said maintenance will be there ...
