"We absolutely love the hot menu that New Oregon provides. The staff are so friendly and ensure the food is kept full and warm. There is a lot of space to sit in the room where breakfast is served. No complaints when you grab an extra apple and yogurt to take to your room! We stay in Suite #173. I absolutely love this room. It gives my family a large space to stretch out in. "Nice hotel"

"So many things provided that I didn’t expect. Coin operated laundry, huge TVs, free streaming TV shows and movies, and in the common area, an arcade game, a computer, heck, I am probably missing stuff. The bed was huge and comfortable. I was a little worried about sharing a bathroom with 5 rooms, but it was never a problem. On my floor, there were two bathrooms and three showers. There was only one occasion when someone was using a bathroom when I needed to, and so I simply used the other one. The room was clean, and had a panoramic view of 11th street. It was within walking distance of the University of Oregon *and* downtown Eugene. The staff is friendly and nice. I highly recommend Counting Zack for your next trip to Eugene."

"The Timbers Inn is beautifully remodeled and exceptionally well-maintained. My room was cozy, everything functioned perfectly, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The breakfast was great, and I especially loved the atmosphere created by the gas fireplace in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again."
