"Ibiris Hotel did exceed my expectations. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Tried to help where they could although would help to have someone who can speak English working there. Breakfast was decent. Well planned. Limited on space but always clean.
Rooms were fairly clean and more spacious than I expected based on reviews. Towels could have been a bit cleaner (they were washed but stained)
Would have been good to have a cupboard in the room, kettle, iron as basic necessities.

Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait.
Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable "

"The Hotel Zenith was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. As a USA citizen who has travelled a lot I give this hotel a 10/10. The staff are very friendly and the service level is excellent. Muhammad and Kareem are very professional and their service was awesome! The dining experience was also amazing. The breakfast was delicious and we had many choices. There was also a chef available to make custom egg omelet's. We also dined in at their restaurant for dinner twice and their chef made every meal we had there with perfection. "

The hotel lacks facilities mainly deli/ cofee places, restaurant, wifi throughout the hotel(Modem provided in room on request). The pool area was not open. The staff were nice enough doing their best to resolve issues. We stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago when it was newly opened, I have not witnessed any progress regarding facilities."
