However, Whalid/Waheem was fantastic in taking over from the staff member I was dealing with before and being extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I think the whole reception front desk would crumble without his dedication to his job and being so good at it. The hotel is located at an amazing location for tourists where you are close to so many of the attractions within walking distance. ...

"I recently stayed at the Team Guard Hotel in Oran, Algeria, and I had a mostly positive experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. However, there was one staff member at the reception desk who was not as friendly or helpful as the others. He was arrogant and dismissive, and he did not make me feel welcome.
