「Outstanding customer service」

「The hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are noisy at night. By 2:00 a.m., street noise and traffic can be heard . There is no on-site parking, so guests must use street parking and renew it by 8:00 a.m. ( free from 8 pm to 8am). Some rooms are below ground level (labelled Level 1, when in reality is -1). On a positive note, the reception staff is efficient and responsive. We were not initially given the room type we had booked, but the issue was resolved and we were moved to the correct...

「God beliggenhed, god rengøring. Tæt på restauranter, godt supermarked Pingo Doce, havet og bus 001, 002 og 004 ind til byen. Stort værelse, men stue og soveværelse var ikke forbundet. Hotellet virker slidt. Vores badeværelse havde en dør, der ikke kunne låses og smuldrede i bunden, toiletsædet var helt skævt og kunne ikke rettes op, badekarret havde store pletter, og væggene var lavet af plastik. 「Near airport , few shop and restaurant. lobby have free wifi and if you reg the member,you can get the free a bottle of madeira wine,a bottle of water and fruit.No air-con and fan in room ,but we feel cold as the wind.Beautiful view .You can take bus to Funchal,around 15min and cost around 2Euro/way」
