"The property and the hotel were lovely! The only issue we experienced was our door lock was broken and we got locked in our room and had to call for someone to let us out. It didn’t seem like it was going to get fixed even after we pointed out that it’s a safety hazard. If there was a fire we would have been stuck in our room."
