"This historic and iconic location is under new ownership, i.e. LOGE corporation. Many upgrades were needed, most have been done, some details are still in progress, but the place is fully open and available for a memorable stay. The staff is amazingly helpful! Shout out to Diana!! The railway goes right through the property, AMTRAK stops right at their door, so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs as several trains rumble through at night. The dining room has a fairly simple but delicious...

"Room size was nice and clean. She was very friendly and easy check in. The cafe was never opened which was disappointing because that wad one reason for picking this place. No coffee available in the room so you had to drive in to get that. It didn't bother us much but there is a train that runs behind the inn all hours of the night. They do not blow their horn though so that was nice."

"The beds were comfortable. It would be good if they gave you written instructions as to how to work the 2 TV remotes. The ‘free breakfast’ was a joke - they handed us 2 breakfast burritos the night before & we were supposed to microwave them ourselves in the morning. The baseboards in the bathroom were filthy & the mat in the shower was gross."
