"My first issue was that they started construction work at 8 AM and woke both My Wife and myself up. When I went to speak to a general manager about it, there was not one to be found. The person at the front desk, just like everyone else under 30 these days, was completely clueless and unhelpful. Customer Service was absolutely horrible. Forgot to mention that when I checked in, the person at the desk was fairly nice, but then went directly out and smoked in front of the building. Once I was taken care of which I feel is extremely inappropriate for Associates or employees of any business that provides a service involving customers."

"Greeted by a very friendly front staff. Hotel was very nice. Room was large, bed was very comfortable. Clean and quiet location. Would earn 5 stars if not for the petty parking charges we received. It's not much (~$3 per day), but why? Greedy owners I'd say. No notice of this when checking in either."

"We stayed at this hotel during the Men’s College basketball Final Four tournament. The hotel was great value and transportation in and out of Downtown was not too expensive. The room was very clean and everything worked fine. Only thing I didn’t like was the lack of a room safe. There is not much in the area in terms of restaurants but downtown Indianapolis is a $20 ride away. Most of the staff we encountered were nice. If I ever find myself in the area again I would stay there. They also have breakfast and an indoor pool but we didn’t use either. "
