"The front desk agent gave us a wrong type of room first. The correct one we got had a bunk bad not made at all and we had to do that on our own. The card keys kept having issues and we had to reset them twice during 3 days. "

"The staff were very short with us and after finding roaches in the room the first night, we asked the front desk for a garbage bag to bag up our belongings to protect them and they were reluctant to give us one. There was visible dirt on the bed sheets as well as stains on all linens. If you can afford a few extra bucks on a nicer hotel, Id recommend going there instead."

"Nice ocean view from the room and patio in a quiet location. The cafe food and coffee was delicious. The pool is fantastic with nice seating areas and plenty of it. The downsides to our visit were the staff, the wifi and the impressive lack of water pressure. The front desk was less than enthused to do anything beyond their assigned duties every time we were there. For example, we had a delivery made to the lobby and not 1 of 3 employees greeted us. When we asked where we could find it, they motioned to where it was sitting."

"Don’t plan on utilizing the restaurant as you may at other resorts and hotels. The food isn’t bad but the wait times and service was horrendous. Our waitress was also the bartender and got overloaded with tickets. Forgot about us being her table. Almost everyone other person we interacted with had a bad experience at the restaurant. We did do take out pizza and breakfast burritos which were good. I would recommend take out and not dining in. Everyone also has their own interpretation of when things open and close and what is open. They no longer have Starbucks or Pizza Hut. The Canyon Grill (main restaurant) is open 8-8 Water slide opens at 1115-445 Oool grill opens at 12. Even though it didn’t open until 1240 the day we were there. Great experience overall but if I were looking to buy a timeshare (which I’m not), I would have been very tainted by the dining experiences. "
