Wonderful hotel in perfect downtown location. Staff are so friendly and helpful, with several languages spoken which is really helpful. Nicely sized room, well-equipped. Super comfy bed. Tidy and clean bathroom with excellent water pressure. Included breakfast is vast and delicious.

The building is very unique as it is in an old bank. Overall, had a good stay. However, the room was quite warm as the air conditioning was not working properly. We weren’t offered a room switch. However, I was offered a credit for the next time I stay. But not sure when I will use it as I don’t ...

The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. However, the sofa bed was almost completely worn out and the king-size bed mattress was very sagging. They are due for new mattresses.
