Great place to stay, breakfast was great! Pool was a bit small and needed some repair but was not to trashed up, overall was a very nice and friendly place to stay

This hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Be forewarned though: it is adjacent to the highway and subject to loud highway noise. Also, I selected this hotel because it was marketed as "pet friendly." However, I was charged $80 in pet fees which were not disclosed to me in advance. Ouch!

The beds were terrible. So firm that it felt like sleeping on the floor. We tossed and turned every 30 minutes all night trying but failing to get comfortable. Everything else was nice but not worth it if you can't sleep. Also, check out was at 11 not 12 as advised by expedia. They did honor our 12pm checkout.

Staff (Jane) was super friendly upon arrival. I locked myself out my room and she was more than happy to assist me getting back in right away. Room was very clean -loved the walk in shower and I’m a stickler when it comes to clean bathrooms and this room exceeded my expectations! Breakfast was great; good options to choose from and buffet had more than most hotels I’ve been to. Across the street from Splash Lagoon. Will totally stay here again!

Commom areas are super clean and the front desk and breakfast buffet staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is exceptional with several hot options. Getting to the hotel is a bit tricky especially after a long day driving but its worth the effort. Several restaurants are in walking distance.

We booked 2 double beds and when we arrived there weren't any available. Only option was a eoom with a king bed. We had no choice but to take it. We ask for a discount but was told they couldn't.

Good Night's Sleep Ruined by Miscreants
The hotel and staff were good but my experience was marred by several careless individuals outside in the parking lot who thought it was a good idea to blast their music in their vehicle at the loudest possible volume off and on for a few hours. Even worse, no one from the hotel saw fit to go outside and stop this madness and it affected my sleep (or lack thereof) the rest of the night. Not good. The conduct was rude and annoying and the hotel staff should have put a stop to it. Do better.
