Great location. Staff very helpful. Pricing very cheap compared to other hotels in the area. Hotel definetly 2 stars. Run down facilities. Issues with first room we checked onto and had to switch. Loud noises at night from Leaky faucet and fridge. Limited options for free breakfast as no eggs bacon sausages etc.

Though rooms appear more modern and clean, there was a dampness smell, and fan in the washroom does not work, sounds also travels in the rooms, rooms were very tight. Pictures were quite deceiving. Breakfast had no eggs. Elevator barely works, showers were semi broken and not giving full blast of water.

Good for price, just beware you will be able to hear the rooms around you like they are outside the door. Noise cancellation wasn’t great. Other than that, breakfast was good and rooms were comfortable.

Everything was fine until I got in bed and seen stains of blood like stains on the bed sheets and food cereal under the chair in my room, I literally packed my bags and left because I just didn’t even want to be there anymore.

The staff at this Hotel definitely won me over with how well they treated me and my family. The lobby is very welcoming and breakfast is delicious. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are up to date. Looking forward to booking in the future.

Front desk staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. Definitely noticed the improvements being made to the property. Front waiting area and breakfast area were very clean and well taken care of! Rooms were very nice and clean, appreciated the updated fixtures and furniture. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Not too far from the interstate which makes it pretty convenient. Right next to Mercyhurst University, which is why I chose it. Plenty of parking space. As soon as I came in, the front desk staff was there and ready to check me in. Check in process was smooth. Place is clean.

For the most part our stay here was great. However we did have a few concerns. The internet was slow, the television volume control was limited and the channels were hard to navigate and there was mold in the soap holder in the bathroom. The biggest thing we noticed was that the headboard electricity was not working when we arrived. After pulling out the bed, we found that the headboard was covering the outlet, however someone had attempted to force the power strip plug in to the covered outlet and it was partially plugged in and crooked. We had to find a way to plug the power strip in elsewhere to get lights and plugins on the head board to work, but also had safety concerns that this may be the case in other rooms.

Bad hotel stay!
This place is very dirty, unkept and gross. Thought we were getting a good deal on the price of the room but there are plenty of other hotels closer for what we wanted and a lot cleaner. The sink was so clogged the water didn’t go down. The smell of weed was sickening. The shower was gross with mold in the soap dish and the shower head barely in the wall. Breakfast was a joke. The bagels were in ziploc bags that lord only knows where they got them from and if the person putting them in the bags were even wearing gloves.

I am going to strongly disagree with this. Our lobby, hallways and common areas are cleaned DAILY. If you didn't report any issues to the front desk how would we know? You said nothing to anyone. Breakfast is complementary. Appreciate it. The bagels are prepped at night, and gloves are worn. You did not see them being put into bags so you shouldn't comment on things you do not know. You should try being a little more honest in the future. Have a good day.
