Everything was on the budget side of things. Clean beds and towels. It just needed a thorough spring clean. Random cutlery pots and pans were all mish mash and needed cleaning before use. "when me and my friends got to the apartment we waited outside for 25 minutes trying to get into the apartment and rang two different numbers for someone to help us and all they could say was 'well all you can do is wait for someone to go into the hotel and you follow them in' which is outrageous. when we paid for the hotel through here less than 24 hours notice they messaged me and wanted a £35 WEEKLY cleaning fee when we are only staying there for only one night?
