「Close to the station, shops and restaurants. Very convenient. No free parking, which was shown otherwise at the time of booking. Room not spacious but big enough. Staff are friendly and helpful. 」

「My 2 night stay here was a relaxing break. The hotel is directly across the street from Hampton Court Palace which made the visit so easy. A short walk from the train station is a plus. The staff in all areas was exceptional and very helpful. The menus in the restaurants are varied and I must compliment the chef and waitstaff for delivering a quality experience. 「The manor house and estate was spectacular. We were a little disappointed in that we booked to stay in this wonderful manor, but upon arrival we were told that our room was located in a small house on the property about 400yards from the manor house by the entrance gate. It was referred to at the "lodge" Reception staff were efficient, but not exactly friendly. The breakfast was exceptional.」
