"The conceirge and front desk staff were wonderful. Arifian and Fahmi were life savers and terrifc concierge service. Coco and Ariza at the front desk were also wonderful. Between lost luggage and volcano erupting they helped me get my luggage and get to Bali through alternative means. All the staff were wonderful to the Chefs, service staff and room attendant.
