"The Pinnacle is in a great location with bay views. The room was clean. The restaurant / bar was a nice feature with floor to ceiling windows looking out on the North Vancouver area. A good choice at a reasonable price."

"Excellent location, near everything in the area. Room was a little small, AC was loud, outside noise kept us up. The elevator was outdated and one of them was out for our entire stay. Staff was wonderful and room was clean. I would be on the fence to stay there again."

"The staff is very attentive. Brendan was so friendly and had the best tips for the city. He went above and beyond helping run into the hotel to help me clean my shoe! The hotel has umbrellas for you in case it rains. I loved this touch, as well as the apples and water in the lobby. Como is in a perfect location close to Stanley Park and walkable to restaurants and food. I highly recommend it . Thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome in Vancouver. very nice rooms with great lighting and a nice spa like feel with bathrobes. THe beds are very comfortable. "

"I had a terrific room with a waterfront view but I had to move because the construction noise and dust was so intense that it was not possible to stay in that room. After some prompting the management moved me up to another room with a good view and no construction issues. I really appreciate this hotel, its location, the value, and quality of the suites if you stay in renovated parts of the building. There should be a warning on their site and with the sites that promote them about construction issues."

"I’m not gonna lie, it looks nicer in the photos… but it’s a decent place to sleep. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind, it’s in an incredible downtown location with shopping and restaurants just a block away. The parking situation was fine. The room doors were so, so heavy… like strangely so. Overall, I would stay here again."
