「Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?".
The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise.

「Lovely suite with full kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and the whole unit was clean. Furniture was a bit "tired" but the hotel had design boards up showing what they were going to be doing to update the rooms. The breakfast was the best we have experienced. Would certainly book again.」
