「Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?".
The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise.
The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay.

「Nice place, clean, nice lobby with free cookies, tea and lemonade. Indoor pool and hot tub and a cute courtyard, lobby lounge looked like a nice place to have a drink and hangout. Decor/carpets are a little dated, amenities make up for it though」
