「Another great stay at The Royal Oak pub only this time in one of the chalets. Great that There was a fridge & microwave ans I used both ! Sonia & Ian are a lovely couple and it was great to see them again . They have themed nights at the pub and I hope to be going back soon to sample 👌」

「We had an absolutely lovely stay. The place was super cozy, beautifully clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The heater worked perfectly, and everything inside was pristine—clearly very well cared for. 「Everything as expected with the accommodation, great communication throughout from the owners. Great location for beach, Ingoldmels, Skegness or travelling further up and down the coast. 」

「We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...
