"MaryAnn, desk clerk was very friendly, informative of accommodations. Breakfast was great to start day, Omelets made fresh. However, the hotel keycard system desperately needs resolving, frustrating. Whenever returning to room the room keycards would not work. Each time had to go back to front desk [which was in different Bldg across courtyard] for new room cards, final day the afternoon clerk came up to room with new keys, and had problem herself. Very inconvenient experience. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! The photos are very misleading, after we stopped and saw the hotel (it is in a very sketchy part of Houston) we refused to stay here, I contacted Expedia to try and get a refund due to the misleading pictures, and they tried to reach the property only to have no one answer. After 5 days I was notified that they refused to refund me even though I felt unsafe staying there so I’m out $500. I always check reviews and somehow didn’t see the horrible reviews on the page until AFTER...
